JJ Prime 2 Properties Ltd is the applicant. Harvey Bowes is coordinating the pre-application consultation on its behalf.

The information you provide

Only your comments are compulsory. Name, postal address, postcode, email, telephone, organisation, relationship to the site, feedback category, topics and suggestions are optional. Providing your postcode helps the project team understand the geographical spread of feedback. Welsh-language responses are welcome.

How your feedback is used

The project team will consider comments before finalising the planning application. Issues raised and the project team’s responses will be summarised in the consultation report submitted with the application. Personal identifying details will be removed from the published report.

Submitting this form does not submit a representation to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council. If a planning application is submitted, you will have a separate opportunity to comment directly to the Council under its published consultation procedures.

If you provide an email address, an acknowledgement will be sent to you. Providing an email address does not subscribe you to updates. To request updates, select “Please email me updates about this proposal” on the feedback form. You can submit comments without selecting this option.
