Our Founder
Jayalath Peiris
The founder of JJ Prime Properties brings together international education, global corporate leadership, and over two decades of entrepreneurial and business management experience.
Born and educated in Sri Lanka through his Advanced Level studies, he later moved to the United Kingdom to pursue higher education, graduating from the University of Wales in 2004. During his university years, he began his professional journey with Tesco, where he steadily developed his expertise in retail operations, customer experience, team leadership, and business management.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, he established his own convenience retail business in the United Kingdom in 2013, successfully building and managing it over the following thirteen years and earning the trust of the local community through consistency, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
His long-standing ambition to expand into real estate began taking shape several years before JJ Prime Properties was established. Guided by careful market research, strategic planning, and a vision to create high-quality residential developments, he founded the company with a commitment to delivering projects that reflect integrity, quality, and lasting value.
Throughout this journey, the encouragement and steadfast support of his wife have been a significant source of strength, reinforcing the values of perseverance, dedication, and shared purpose that define the company today.
