Overview

A thoughtfully designed home for student living.

Acutis House is a proposed residential development on Penuel Lane, Pontypridd, designed to provide modern, well-managed apartment living with students in mind. The development replaces an existing building on the site with 15 two-person apartments across four floors, built to a high standard of design and material quality that respects the character of the surrounding street.

Named in honour of Saint Carlo Acutis, the development reflects JJ Prime Properties’ broader commitment to creating homes that support the people who live in them and contribute positively to the neighbourhoods around them.

The Name Behind the Development

Why Acutis House?

Every great development begins with a meaningful vision. For JJ Prime Properties, Acutis House is more than the name of a residential project, it reflects the values and inspiration that shape the purpose behind the development.

The project is named in honour of Saint Carlo Acutis, whose life was characterised by compassion, generosity, and a sincere commitment to serving others. Although his life was brief, his dedication to supporting those around him and making a positive difference within his community continues to inspire people across the world.

For the founder and his family, who deeply admire the life and values of Saint Carlo Acutis, this project represents an opportunity to carry forward those same principles through property development. Acutis House is founded on the belief that a successful development should offer more than quality homes, it should also contribute positively to the neighbourhood, encourage a strong sense of community, and create an environment where people can enjoy a better quality of life.

Inspired by a legacy of kindness, responsibility, and community care, JJ Prime Properties is committed to ensuring that Acutis House enhances not only the lives of its residents but also the surrounding area.
