• Feedback Form submissions: to process and respond to your feedback on a development, and, where you consent, to share your comments with the relevant local planning authority as part of the statutory or pre-application planning consultation process. Where you've opted in, we'll also use your email to keep you informed of the application's progress.

• Contact Form: legitimate interest, responding to enquiries you've initiated and maintaining a record of that communication.
• Feedback Form: consent, you actively agree, via the consent checkbox, to your comments being collected and shared with the local planning authority as part of the consultation.

• Contact Form data: kept for our records and for ongoing communication with you, until you ask us to delete it or stop contacting you.
