• The consultation form’s optional details and comments are described in the separate consultation privacy notice.
• The website does not include analytics or tracking scripts. The hosting service may record technical access logs when you visit.

• Contact Form submissions: to respond to your enquiry, keep a record of our communications, and from time to time to get in touch with you about JJ Prime Properties and our developments. You can ask us to stop these communications, or to delete your information, at any time by emailing us.

4. Our Lawful Basis for Processing

• Contact Form: legitimate interest, responding to enquiries you've initiated and maintaining a record of that communication.

You may withdraw consent at any time; this won't affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.

We do not sell personal data.

• Information submitted through the Contact Form is kept for our own records and is not shared with third parties.
• The project team will consider consultation feedback when preparing the planning application. Identifying details will be removed from the published consultation report.

• Feedback Form data: kept only for as long as the consultation and any related planning process requires.
• Contact Form data: kept for our records and for ongoing communication with you, until you ask us to delete it or stop contacting you.
